Terms of Service

1. Who we are

myNode is operated by myNode Technologies B.V. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & age tiers

You must provide an accurate date of birth. Users under 18 require a parent's email; posting, messaging and friending stay locked until the parent confirms.

3. Membership & payment

myNode is a paid service: €0.99 per month, billed via Stripe. The subscription auto-renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; on cancellation your account and personal data are deleted (see Privacy Policy).

Right of withdrawal (EU): By starting to use myNode immediately after subscribing, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU is waived for the portion of the service already delivered. You retain the right to cancel and delete your account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

No harassment, illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, or spam. Violations may result in account termination without refund.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of what you post. You grant myNode a non-exclusive licence to display it within the relevant age-tier space.

6. Termination

You may delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, myNode is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
